On the left-hand side of your screen, you should find a SAVES and a RESTART button. Click on SAVE and a popup will open.

At the bottom of the popup, you will have 3 buttons. Click "Save to Disk", the left-hand button.

Your browser will then download a .save file to your computer, most likely into your downloads folder.
It may ask you where you want to save it. Please keep track, you'll need it again.

Then navigate to my contact form, fill out the relevant info then attach your .save file in the bottom left. Before pressing SEND at the bottom.
